What these terms cover
These terms apply when you use this website, which is run by Verdan.
Asbestos removal and other work we carry out for you is agreed in your quote and is not covered by these terms.
How you may use the site
You may use the site for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- gain access to the site or the systems behind it that you are not permitted to use
- disrupt the site’s operation or security
- scrape or copy content with automated tools, beyond ordinary search engine indexing
- send false, misleading or harmful information through the forms
Content and rights
The text, images, logo and design on the site belong to us or to those who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to view, save and print pages for your own non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission, unless the law allows it, such as quotation.
Prices and information on the site
The content is general information, not advice on your particular job. We cannot tell from a description or a photo whether a material contains asbestos. Only an asbestos test can show that.
The price calculator works from the details you enter, and every price is marked “Indicative price – final quote after assessment.” The price is not a quote and binds neither you nor us, and it does not include scaffolding. You get the final price in a written quote once we have assessed the job.
We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but cannot promise that it is always free of errors or that the site is always available.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as those of public authorities. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from the site being unavailable.
We do not limit our liability where the law does not allow it, such as for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or intent. If you are a consumer, you keep all your rights under consumer law.
Changes
We may change these terms. Changes apply from the day they appear on this page, and the date at the top shows the current version.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection you have under the mandatory rules there. If any provision is invalid, the rest still applies.
