Why are so many homes in Rødovre from before 1990?
Because the municipality was built out in a few decades. The population went from just under 6,000 in 1930 to over 43,000 in 1962, and by around 1960 Rødovre was almost fully built up. So the villas in the north and the terraced houses and flats further south are mostly older than 1990. That does not mean your house has asbestos, but the materials should be tested before you demolish or drill.
