You tell us about the job. If anything is unclear, or you ask us to, we come out and look at it free of charge. If you are unsure about the material, we arrange an asbestos sample and laboratory analysis, so we know what needs removing.

We cordon off the work area and put down protective sheeting around it. For indoor removal we work under negative pressure with an airlock, so asbestos fibres spread as little as possible to the rest of the building.

Can I remove asbestos myself in Silkeborg?
As a rule, no. Since 1 January 2025, taking down asbestos-containing material has required authorisation, in Silkeborg as everywhere else. The exception is brief, small-scale work, such as 4–6 roof sheets around a single roof window. A whole roof or ceiling is not a small job, and you may not split a job up to get around the rule.
